About The Organization

National Forum of Social Action supports Ashray Old-age Home and Anandamela Kindergarten School.

Both Ashray Old-age Home and Anandamela Kindergarten School are initiatives under the National Forum of Social Action (NGO). Through senior care and early childhood education, the organization works for dignity, safety, learning and community welfare.

Ashray Old-age Home provides compassionate residential care for senior citizens.

Anandamela Kindergarten School supports quality early childhood education.

Both initiatives serve the community under the National Forum of Social Action (NGO).

Anandamela Kindergarten School is an early childhood education initiative under the National Forum of Social Action (NGO), created to support young learners with care, values and joyful foundational learning.

To provide caring, value-based and accessible early education that helps every child begin school life with confidence, curiosity and respect.

Facilities and services for safe, healthy and peaceful senior living

Our services are planned around comfort, nutritious meals, emergency medical support, recreation, family connection and a calm green environment.

Fresh Vegetarian & Non-Vegetarian Meals

Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available. The vegetarian menu changes every week, and fresh fruits, sweets and curd are served regularly.

24×7 Emergency Medical Support

Emergency medical support is available round the clock with ambulance service and immediate admission arrangements at nearby hospitals or nursing homes when required.

Festival & Recreational Transport

Special transport is arranged every year for Durga Puja pandal visits, festivals, famous tourist attractions and religious places.

Special Menu Requests

Special menu requests from residents are considered whenever possible so that food remains familiar, comforting and enjoyable.

Medical Equipment Support

Wheelchairs, nebulizers, oxygen support, BP monitors, glucometers and weighing machines are available under resident doctor supervision whenever required.

Health & Eye Check-up Camps

Health check-up camps and eye camps are organized by reputed multi-speciality hospitals for preventive care and timely consultation.

Family Stay Facility

Family members or guardians may stay within the resident's room for 1–2 days by paying a nominal charge, and food will be provided.

Peaceful Green Environment

The old-age home is surrounded by lush greenery, offering a calm, healthy and peaceful atmosphere for senior citizens.

Accommodation

Comfortable rooms designed for privacy, safety and companionship

We offer three types of comfortable rooms, all located on the first floor. Every room has an attached bathroom and a private balcony.

Single Room

Single bed accommodation for residents who prefer complete privacy, independence and peaceful personal space.

Double Room

Double bed accommodation, ideal for couples, companions or residents who feel more comfortable staying together.

Sharing Room

Two beds in a well-maintained sharing room with separate sleeping arrangements and a pleasant living setup.

Family Stay Facility

Relatives or guardians may stay in the resident’s room for one or two days, subject to availability.

Note: Food for family members can be provided during their stay at a nominal charge. Final availability can be confirmed during inquiry.

Weekly rotating meal plans with freshness, hygiene and nutrition

Residents enjoy balanced vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals along with seasonal fruits, sweets, curd and occasional special food items.

Chowmein, roti with vegetables, luchi-sabji, paratha-sabji, butter bread with banana, suji with roti, or aloo paratha with sauce.

Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, egg or vegetable is served at dinner.

24×7 emergency medical support is available. Immediate admission to nearby hospitals or nursing homes can be arranged for residents in critical condition, along with ambulance services and essential medical equipment support.
